REPOSITORY POLICY
The International Journal of Ayurveda & Modern Sciences (IJAMS) encourages authors to deposit their research articles in recognized institutional, subject-based, or personal repositories to maximize the visibility, accessibility, and impact of their scholarly work. The journal fully supports open access principles, enabling wider dissemination of scientific knowledge across the global academic community.
Authors retain the right to archive both preprints (manuscripts submitted before peer review) and postprints (peer-reviewed and accepted manuscripts) while ensuring proper citation. Every self-archived manuscript must clearly acknowledge International Journal of Ayurveda & Modern Sciences (IJAMS) as the original publisher, including full publication details, DOI, and any licensing information.
Depositing work in repositories must be for non-commercial, educational, and academic purposes only, ensuring responsible sharing and use of scholarly content. Repository archiving allows researchers, students, clinicians, and other stakeholders to freely access the latest research while maintaining ethical standards and compliance with copyright laws.
This policy strengthens transparency and accountability in academic publishing, supports long-term preservation of research outputs, enhances citation potential, and contributes to the global exchange of knowledge in Ayurveda and medical sciences. Authors are encouraged to follow repository guidelines carefully to ensure proper attribution and avoid any misuse of intellectual property.
